*  HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? 

USA:  Orders of $50.00 or more are FREE for standard shipping, with no code needed.  Custom orders may not qualify.

CANADA:  Orders of $100.00 or more are FREE for standard international shipping, with no code needed.

Priority Mail will be available to purchase at checkout.

 

*  WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?  

Your order will be processed within 1 and 3 business days and will be shipped via USPS, usually taking them 4-5 business days for delivery.  You will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used on USPS.com to track your order. 

If you have a custom order, you will be notified of any additional time needed to process your order.

 * CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?  

We stand behind the quality of our scrub caps and are confident you will love your new JensCap.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted.  Items in new, unworn and unwashed condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Any loss in value will be determined by JensCaps.  Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.  Contact jen@jenscaps.com to arrange your return.
